This 1970s home had its fair share of hurdles: outdated structures, asbestos, and sinking foundations. 3T team embraced the challenge by bringing quality and efficiency to every step of the renovation. All hazardous materials were safely removed, and the foundation issues were tackled with new structural supports for the roof and reinforced footings to prevent any further sinking.

The cramped, dark layout and worn interior were revitalised into vibrant bathrooms and a bright, open space concept kitchen and lounge.
