Toorak Apartment

This 1970s apartment unit is located on Toorak Road in the vibrant heart of South Yarra. The project is a brick and mortar construction with the plumbing and electrical systems are in poor condition.

The scope of work involves relocating the kitchen to a larger space, fully renovating the bathroom to include a new bathtub, and installing new flooring throughout. Being on the ground floor, the unit serves as the main entrance for the plumbing of the entire building, presenting a key challenge to carefully demolishing the masonry without damaging the existing water pipes and electrical services, all while maintaining functionality for the entire apartment block. We successfully navigated numerous challenges to complete the project, resulting in a stunning transformation.
